Strawberry Farm

We love going to the Strawberry farm for many reasons.

The farm dog is so friendly and cute when she comes to greet us.

The berries taste so good, much better than the ones from publix. I'm not sure if it's because they are so fresh or because we picked them ourselves, but they just taste better. In this picture you can also see the Florida sweet onions they grow there.

I always go overboard, but it's fine. Clark has plenty of Florida strawberries in the freezer for his morning smoothie.

We love roasting hotdogs and marshmallows while we're there for a picnic lunch after that hard work of picking berries.

And the boys love getting dirty and sticky with berries.

PS - I am NOT a Yankees fan. It is a hand-me-down and one of the only things that fit Clark at the time. Since then I have gone into the attic to get the box of 18 month clothes so he won't have to wear that again. Go Phillies!

Nice photos of a family outing. Love that you do this with the kids. This is probably something they will always remember and talk about to their children (Yikes, that would then make you a Grandmom!!!!). Glad you put that caveat in about Clark's shirt; otherwise, the Northern part of your family might protest, ha. Thanks for sharing.
