I went to a dessert party a few weeks ago and I decided to bring these Vegan Chocolate Truffles.
Here is what they looked like when they were finished.
They were pretty messy, yet easy to make. I used vegan chocolate chips (I love some dark chocolate) and chocolate Almond milk.
You melt a bag of chips on a double boiler and heat the almond milk in the microwave. Then combine the two and refridgerate. Then you roll them into balls and then into cocoa powder.
Everybody really liked them and even Clark can eat them!
